L2 Application Support Analyst


We are looking for an L2 Application Support Analyst to assist our customers with the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in a production environment.

Having this role, you will:

  • Report, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within the agreed SLA
  • Close work with development and infrastructure teams
  • Perform root cause analysis
  • Manage client's relations and support productive collaboration with the partner

We expect:

  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Networks
  • Monitoring concepts understanding
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing system
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent English (both verbal and written – B2/C1 minimum requirement);
  • Understanding of incident management and conflict management
